Kaiza was derived from 'kaizen' the Japanese word for continual improvement. For our agency this means continually improving and keeping pace with the latest digital trends. For our clients this means bringing new opportunities to their attention and continually delivering them a better service.


Hi, I'm Kelsey, founder of Kaiza Media. I'm a Digital Marketing Strategist specialising in Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.

From Salt Lake City, Utah originally I made the bold decision to move across the world with my then partner (now husband) to Australia just two weeks after graduating from uni. What I didn't know then was that taking this first big leap would be the catalyst for me to embrace change and continue to pursue bigger and better things.

I knew Digital Marketing was my passion. Starting out working for a small business to increase their web presence and then working for a few years for an award-winning digital agency I  used Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to produce outcomes for a range of clients from big brand names to new businesses looking to make a great start.

But the problem was I wanted to do more for my clients. I saw gaps and missed opportunities that could really make a positive impact in my client's marketing success. And that's how Kaiza Media was born.



Hi, I'm Luke and I'm a Digital Marketing Analyst who is also specialised in working with Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.

I was born in Perth, but moved to Newcastle where my parents were originally from at the age of 4 and call “Newy” home. I met Kelsey whilst travelling America and feel lucky to live in such a beautiful place together with our borderdoodle Brodie.

I have worked across many organisations both nationally and internationally, and my greatest passion and strength is turning data into insightful action.

I love to deep-dive into the analytics that Google & Facebook provide and take my clients’ accounts to the next-level for opportunity and enhancing their strengths. Creating high-performance digital marketing strategies is something I strive for and I enjoy flipping campaigns on their heads to uncover new-ways or opportunities to continue to dominate the market they are in.
